This guarantee applies exclusively to products of the CHOB collection – i.e., CHOB LITE , CHOB SOLID and CHOB PRO – purchased through the official B(R)ETTER online shop or authorized partners.

2. Definition of "Lifetime"

B(R)ETTER uses the term "Lifetime" to refer to a period of 10 years from the date of purchase , which corresponds to the average lifespan of a solid wood cutting board under normal use and proper care.

3. Scope of Warranty

Within this period, B(R)ETTER provides a voluntary guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship that demonstrably existed at the time of delivery or arise during normal use.
The decision regarding repair, replacement or rejection of a warranty claim rests with B(R)ETTER after individual case review.

4. Exclusions

The following are excluded from the warranty:
– Normal signs of wear and tear such as cuts, scratches or discoloration
– Damage caused by moisture, water or dishwasher
– Cracks caused by improper storage or lack of care
– Damage caused by improper use or structural modifications to the product

5. Enforcement

To check your warranty, send an email to info@bretter.store with:
– Proof of purchase
– Description and photos of the damage

B(R)ETTER will then inform you about the next steps.

6. Legal rights

This guarantee supplements the buyer's statutory warranty rights and does not limit them.
